We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Customs & Duties

All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs duties and import taxes are fully covered. You will not be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Remote areas may require additional time.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist you in filing a claim.
