Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we ship to the United States only. All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China via air freight. We're working on expanding to more countries—stay tuned!

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (may take 1–2 extra days during peak seasons).

Delivery Time: 7–15 business days to the United States, depending on your location and customs clearance. Remote areas may require additional time.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via international air freight from China. Once your package arrives in the US, it will be handled by local carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided via email within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Can I return my product?

Due to international shipping from China, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for:

  • ✅ Damaged or defective products
  • ✅ Wrong item received
  • ✅ Missing items
  • ✅ Product not as described
  • ✅ Non-delivery (after 30 business days)

Simply email us at vip.soleader@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. No need to ship anything back!

Not eligible: Change of mind, incorrect address provided, normal wear and tear, requests after 7 days.

Can I get my product personalized?

Currently, we do not offer product personalization or customization services. All items are shipped as shown on our website. If you have special requests for bulk orders, please contact us at vip.soleader@hotmail.com and we'll see what we can do!

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! Join our mailing list to get exclusive deals, new product launches, and kitchen tips. Simply enter your email in the "Stay in the Loop" box at the bottom of our website. We promise no spam—just the good stuff!

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

No! All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—no surprise fees at delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SOLEADER is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP at vip.soleader@hotmail.com. After delivery, you may request a refund if eligible under our 7-day policy.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my package?

Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
