Important Notice: No Physical Returns

Due to the nature of international shipping from our facility in China, we do not accept physical product returns. However, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the eligibility window to discuss refund options. You will not be required to ship the product back.


7-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within this period and meet the conditions below.


Situations Eligible for Refund

You may qualify for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged, broken, or with defects that affect functionality, you are eligible for a full refund. Please provide clear photos showing the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. Please send photos of the item received along with your order details.

Missing Items If part of your order is missing upon delivery, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s) after verification.

Product Not as Described If the product you receive is significantly different from the description or images on our website, you may be eligible for a refund. We will review your claim and supporting photos before making a decision.

Non-Delivery If your order does not arrive within 30 business days from the shipping date and tracking shows no update for an extended period, you may qualify for a full refund. Please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or find a better price elsewhere.

Incorrect Shipping Address If your order is undeliverable, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, we cannot issue a refund.

Normal Wear and Tear Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer after delivery are not eligible for refund.

Minor Variations Slight differences in color, size, or appearance due to monitor display settings, lighting in photos, or minor manufacturing variations are not grounds for a refund.

Requests After 7 Days Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Misuse or Improper Handling Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions are not eligible for refund.

Free Gifts or Promotional Items Items received as free gifts or part of a promotional offer cannot be refunded separately.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Required Information
    • Your order number
    • Date of delivery
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the problem (for damaged, defective, or wrong items)
  3. Wait for Review Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional information or photos if needed.
  4. Receive Your Refund If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund. This may apply when:

  • The product has minor defects that do not significantly affect use
  • Only part of your order is affected
  • A resolution is reached through mutual agreement

We will discuss any partial refund offer with you before processing.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vip.soleader@hotmail.com. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund after delivery if eligible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
  • Your bank or payment provider may have additional processing times
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
